Global Art of Perfumery in Düsseldorf

1. Event/organizer
The Global Art of Perfumery is organized by the InnoFairs GmbH & Co. KG. The venue is NRW Forum Düsseldorf · Ehrenhof 2 · 40479 Düsseldorf – Germany

2. Dates
Saturday, 22nd april 2017: 10:00am – 06:00pm for visitors 09.00am – 07.00pm for exhibitors
Sunday, 23rd april 2017: 10:00am – 06:00pm for visitors 09.00am – 07.00pm for exhibitors
Construction of the individual stands: Friday, April 21st, 8.00am
Customizing and dressing the reference stands and loading from 3:00 pm onwards.
Dismantling:
Sunday, 23rd April 2017, 6:00 pm to 00:00

3. Admission
As an exhibitor at the Global Art of Perfumery may be admitted:
Companies and institutions from the areas of perfumes, personal care cosmetics, decorative cosmetics, accessories. The admission decision is carried at its sole discretion according to the recommended event’s available surface capacity and the purpose and structure of the event. InnoFairs Messe GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to the composition of exhibitors by sectors and product groups and specified to their weighting. The composition of exhibitors by country of origin, company size and market significance and other factual features provide, among other selection criteria. InnoFairs Messe GmbH & Co. KG, however, is by no means bound from the handling of previous events.

4. Rental Rates
The prices for the participation as an exhibitor at the Global Art of Perfumery are:

– 1 presentation table with rear panel , bar stool and waste basket as well as 20 free admission tickets 1.850,00 €
– 2nd presentation table will be 1.500,00 €
– Each further table will be 1.000,00 €
– Build-able area of 12 square meters including stand walls white, 2.5 m high, waste basket, 50 free admission tickets 3.499,00 €.
In the 12 sqm large areas walls but no furniture are included. Separate furniture is possible. InnoFairs Messe GmbH & Co. KG of- fers this via its stand construction partner. Other furniture can be used.

All prices are subject to German VAT.

5. Catalog and Internet
Exhibitors will be published in a printed catalog and on the Internet.
The basic entry includes the company name, the brief company description, represented Brands, postal address, web address, logo including link management and hall and stand number. This information is included in the participation rate. In addition, ads and banners can be ordered.

6. Terms of payment
The service fees are based on the accounting by the InnoFairs Messe GmbH & Co. KG and due as follows: 50% as deposit and registration fee after admission and the remaining 50% 8 weeks before the event. The amounts due are to be paid to the accounts of InnoFairs Messe GmbH & Co. KG stating the in- voice number and customer number.

7. Advertising, sales and compulsory attendance
The output of brochures and other advertising is only allowed within the own stand. Musical performances are only with consent of the neighboring exhibitors possible. The use of PA Systems is not allowed. Direct selling is not allowed. The exhibitors are obliged to hold the stand occupied until the end of the event.

8. Regulatory Approvals
The exhibitor is responsible for his and for its employees activities on the stand or the premises as may be necessary permits are in place and that the applicable industrial law, sanitary regulations are complied with.

All partner provider of InnoFairs Messe GmbH & Co. KG are available on this homepage.

10. Federal Data Protection Act
The personal data of our business partners will be in accordance with §28 and §29 BDSG, stored and processed as part of the intended purpose of the contractual relationship.

11. General Terms and Conditions
Subject of this conditions of participation are also the terms and conditions of the InnoFairs Messe GmbH & Co. KG.
